Pre-registration may be done through PBI customer service at 800-932-4637-Ext 2325. Local contact person is Attorney Doug Watson, 724-981-8700. Seminars are held at the Comfort Inn, Mercer. Any person requiring special arrangements for a disability should contact Brenda Bankowski at 800-932-4637 at least ten days before the course. Registration time for all seminars is 8:30 AM.
